Why quibble over 1 answer from 25 he gave. He said he didn't like to visit Pakistan from 'early on in his career'.. that's typical of many white cricketers back before the late 90s.
Honestly, the facilities weren't great, it was hot and humid, food was bad. India wasn't any different. Ian Chappell wrote of the time when the hotel they were put up at, had cat litter. Warne himself carried baked beans cans to India in 1998 tour, and didn't eat out even once! New Zealand cricketers had to watch torn body parts flying into their hotel during 2002 Colombo bomb blast. Can you imagine the trauma? There's a clear reason why international cricket hasn't quite resumed in Pakistan post Lahore 2009 despite the odd tour by Zimbabwe and World XI.
Cricket isn't bigger than life, so let's appreciate the cricketing aspects and skills, and not indulge in mudslinging without context.
