“Bagel Boss Guy” Chris Morgan will get his day in TV court — after not appearing in the ring.
Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman is suing Morgan for an upfront fee, travel expenses and event expenses after Morgan allegedly bailed on a boxing match against the former “Saved by the Bell” star Dustin Diamond.
On Monday, we hear that Feldman and Morgan will settle their dispute on the legal show, “Hot Bench.” A source said of the show, “All verdicts are binding. The case cannot be appealed.” The syndicated law show airs locally on WCBS-TV and features Judges Patricia DiMango, Tanya Acker and Michael Corriero on the three-bench panel.
We hear that Morgan said he never agreed to fight Diamond as a replacement.
