Colombia 'controversial' defence minister wins no-confidence vote

Colombia’s Defence Minister still has a job after winning a vote of confidence in Congress.
Guillermo Botero denies accusations of covering up the torture and killing of a former FARC rebel.
The minister also denies lying about the killing of civilians and human rights abuses by the army.
