Michael Drejka, the Florida man who killed an unarmed black man in front of his family over a parking space dispute, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Before his sentencing, the family of Markeis McGlockton, the man who was killed, addressed the court.

  13. The sentence was harsh, the victim was culpable for his own demise. Violence begets violence. The sentence will be overturned on appeal. He will be re sentenced and get less time.

  14. This is heartbreaking, I pray that the victims families find peace. Look at the girl shaking trying to read her feelings…. It is extremely hard to watch

  31. That old man waited for that moment to happen he waited for someone to assault him so he can shoot them, that’s why he came to that store over and over again to harass people in handicap parking spots.

  34. Bullies beware–slam people to the pavement at your peril. The family always backs their offspring whether they are criminals, bullies, or nice people. If the white guy would have been brain damaged from hitting his head on the pavement would the black family feel bad? Doubt it.
