Hong Kong is a city JAM PACKED with amazing street food and seafood! It is also home to some RARE and UNKNOWN dishes!

We start our street food tour at a unique Cantonese restaurant that serves poisonous SNAKE SOUP! It was SUPER delicious! The ancient recipe is over 2000 years old and this shop has been serving it over 100 years! (65 HKD – 8.28 USD)

She Wong Lam Snake Restaurant 蛇王林
13 Hillier St., Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

We cross the street to the next stall that served the FRESHEST eggs with pork and rice. The portion sizes were MASSIVE! And the eggs were so runny! (43 HKD – 5.48 USD)

Ma Sa Restaurant 孖沙茶餐廳

We cross Victoria Harbour to Tsim Sha Shui area to check out the traditional side of the city, using the Star Ferry. (2.7 HKD – 0.34 USD)

Central Ferry Pier No. 7 (Star Ferry Pier) 中環7號渡輪碼頭(天星碼頭)

It’s time for an early dessert. We visit a shop serving a traditional treat: sweet almond soup! Luke ordered the kind with sesame powder to add a nuttiness to the flavour. Sabrina orders the regular sweet soup. (24 HKD / 3.06 USD)

Kai Kai Dessert 佳佳甜品

Last but not least, we go to FEAST on some Hong Kong SEAFOOD. HK is known for having some of the freshest and BEST seafood in the world. We explore all of the street food seafood stalls and find one in the famous TEMPLE STREET NIGHT MARKET! Along the classic sweet and sour meat, we order some BIG and juicy scallops. Topped with butter, chilis, glass noodles and garlic – you can’t go wrong when seafood is served street side and cooked Hong Kong style! (202 HKD – 25.74 USD)

  2. Those scallops looked completely crave-able 😍 and super similar to ones I’ve seen people eat when they were in Vietnam I wonder if the dish is Vietnamese influenced ?

  3. did you say Kowloon? was there any evidence left of the old Walled City…

  4. snake soup is never just snake. they add in chicken as filler

  5. I ate snake without knowing it! I was staying with my friend's relatives in Malaysia and they didn't tell me what was in the "chicken soup" until after I had eaten it. I think I got some brownie points for saying "Oh, cool, how do you cook that?" instead of freaking out. It really did taste just like chicken.

  6. I had a really hard time trying to watch you eat that snake soup!!!🤤

  7. Nice vid. Perhaps try to avoid saying everything is pricey as I don’t know what you are measuring it against. Having the price and conversion displayed is enough for viewers to make their own judgement and their own measurement.

  8. I just love seeing more of Sabrina. I love the vibe you give off when you're both on camera.

  9. I've done BBQ rattlesnake. It's like an endless chicken back…not bad, but not really worth the effort.

  10. That soup doesn't look good

  11. I wouldn't even eat something called snake, even if it is not. Do not like them. Adam and Eve, first sin. Lean more to vegetarian.

  12. The drone shots and editing in this video is next level!

  13. is CHA CHAN TENG (THANK) not CHA CHAN TONG this is the the second time you pronounce it wrongly in Hong Kong Luke!

  14. One of the best editing and storytelling!!!
