  35. A.s.a.k juggun! I have multiple health issues..and weight for me has always been an issue. Can't go to gym or yoga as I have cervical spondylosis. But I have got over it now. I have a weak knee cartilage. So I do a bit of yoga on chair. After watching your video, I have realized, I need to stick on to a healthy diet. Thanks for motivating me! 🙏🇮🇳
