  1. It's OK to be real, thanks, that you didn't feel great chubbier! It's not healthy to have those excess pounds even if someone is "rocking it" – insulin, cholesterol etc is all better with less lipid. Searching vids and your tips for mental hurdle is just what I need. Edit: fantastic content!

  5. What height are you? Your weight journey reminds me a lot of mine! When I was in high school, I was always around 115-118lbs (never had a flat stomach or skinny thighs tho) and BAM! College happened and I put on just over 20lbs! It’s taken me a while, but I started taking my weight loss serious in 2019 and am back in the 120s! Although I hover more around 128lbs, and my GW is 115-120 like you.

    One quick comment though, I think it’s a really bad idea to weigh yourself everyday. Take it from someone who has an unhealthy obsession with weight loss (it’s not that bad anymore). The worst I’ve ever been with weight loss was when I was weighing myself minimum once a day, but more often multiple times a day. Weight fluctuates throughout the week, depending on how many calories you’ve consumed and whether your bloated or on your period. I found that weighing myself everyday actually encouraged me to restrict my calories more than was healthy so that I could see an instant result the next day. It’s much better, in my opinion, to weigh in once a week. My relationship with losing weight/my body vastly improved when I did this, and it made me realize that if I had two cheat meals a week (I’m talking fast food) I wouldn’t gain a ton of weight, I’d just maintain. This realization made me become A LOT healthier in my weight loss because I stopped purposefully trying to restrict to see a result. Had I weighed myself directly after these cheat days, I probably would have seen an increase on the scale and spiraled into a bottomless pit of food guilt.

    EDIT: I’d maintain despite eating cheat meals + not being perfect with my calorie allowance, but I was also exercising 3x a week for 1.5 hours (burning 350-400 calories) lol feel like that’s worth noting

  7. Omg, thank you so much for this video! As you were describing your weight loss journey, it sounded very similar to mine. Our body types are very similar as well. I have a small frame and at my heaviest, I weighed around 140. I didn’t take my weight loss seriously until the beginning of this year. I actually started out at 130 and got down to 115 in about 4 or 5 months. My reason for weight loss was because I got married this past June. Now I want to maintain my weight between 115 to 120 ish. I’ve just recently started taking my weight loss journey more seriously again and I weigh just over 120 right now. I’m just trying to maintain but I actually want to start toning up a little bit now. Awesome job on your journey girl!

  8. Wow 20lbs without exercise, that must have been quite a discipline. But exercise is great for our health overall, not just to loose weight. It tones and just makes us feel better. But sometimes I get lazy though hehe… You look great babe 💋 congrats💋
