  1. Welcome to the LARGEST living room in New York City!!! How crazy is this penthouse?? Comment down below your favorite part and share this video with who you would move into this apartment with!

  2. Honestly wasn't blown away like I was with the other properties he's shown

  3. Love the Art Deco vibe. The appartment must have an interesting history as well, if so much of the space is still unfinished with the building being so old.

  4. Robert Downey jr ain’t gonna be answering that phone call no more ahah

  5. 9:13 are you wearing a pirate shirt?😆

  6. The living area is TOO MUCH, but the kitchen is so great, I can live perfectly in that kitchen area, the views are also amazing, so sick!

  7. Really nicely put together video, but please ask your tailor to make your pants longer.

  8. If I had that living room, the first thing I’d do is organize an inter-borough New York City Wiffle Ball tournament!

  9. For 40 million you should have all the amenities of your own and not worry about sharing it with anyone.

  10. Sickening! That's not a living room, that's a Chic Hotel Lobby. One of a kind, historic building with over 14K SF2, amenities galore, and views for ever! If the price wasn't listed, I would have put this unique loft penthouse at 50M. I wonder how much is it, per SF2 monthly HOA? For the very Billionaire.

  11. I only have 6 million damm I got a long way to go

  12. More NEW YORK CITY 🌃 ❤️

  13. Cant afford pants that fit?

  14. 日本語字幕が欲しい!!!

  15. He said “servants’ quarters”. That’s a whole different level of rich 😭😭

  16. By far the best episode, i am completely in love with the design, furniture and space of this luxury penthouse

  17. Upside down balloon chandeliers!

  18. With a living room THAT big, i could play tennis, basketball and bowling all in one room.

  19. MORE NYC !!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. You forgot it comes with a lot poor people asking for money.

  21. I own something similar but the price of my place is like $6 M. Its a lot of work to manage/ take care of. Not to talk of the regrets 🙁 Selling it back is a bitch.

  22. Do not like the chandeliers!! Looks like party balloons

  23. I’m not gonna lie it’s pretty bland where’s the party room and bar

  24. I think this is the first video that where the views, amount of space, and privacy are actually worth the hype and the price. The views are unobstructed and it actually looks out fully to the skyline and down into the life of NYC. It is unlike other videos where you get a partial glimpse of the Empire State building, or a kitchen where you barely have enough space to open the fridge door, or having a view that looks right into another building. With that said, it looks more like a big museum than a home.

  25. just incredible – if 40 million of us all put just 1 dollar in each we can all share this apartment. who's in?

  26. I imagine that the apartment used be a fine crafted apartment, which they thought was too old looking , so they tore it all down and made rectangular and square boxes and called it modern .

  27. more new york city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. How. Much for the whole. Building, I hate having to be on nodding terms with the common people who live beneath my own residence.
