“So we can breed geldings like him.” What? Gelding can’t breed because they got their testicals chopped off.
2:23 I don't know if she exactly "kissed" him. I think she was just sniffing him, ya know seeing who was there.
why cut of a horses tail? it's its only defense to flies…
Adorable little things!
All the horsegirls in the comments…
I hate the way they rock their tails but still those things probably live a better life than me!!
I think people should stop bitching about the docked tails. The horses are put under anesthesia when it happens anyways. Not to mention, would you be saying the same thing if it was a dog that got their tail docked? It's always been about safety and if you're complaining about how it /looks/ then are you really caring for the horse then?
Baby horse she called it really learn your terms 😒
What Happens to the female babies
I love horses….especially Clydesdales….they're gorgeous horses.
i have a question when you have new babies born do you have to make special food to give then as they grow,
the tails aren't docked, the hair is trimmed thats how long the tailbone is and they trim it so it doesnt get caught in equipment
He's so cute🤗
Horse Heaven to me!
little child Snowflake…..last week I bought a Clydesdale at a kill auction bidding against meat buyers at a price per pound…..get off your soft butt and go to any local kill auction and see for yourself. My family has purchased 5 Clydesdale at kill auctions over the last 10 years.
Watched one of their ads and could not help but notice their damned tails are DOCKED. Hang your heads in shame!!!
i love how people are complaining about tails and never watch the reason of this video, the damn foals.
I have been around the horse industry my whole life. I love a beautiful tail as much as anyone but I do understand tail docking in the draft industry. I have seen some horrible wrecks with drafters were braids or tails for whatever reason get hung up in rings or harnesses. Docking is done in the best interest of the working horse for the safety of the horse and the people involved. It is a matter of choose. But it is much safer
I want a mare to breed
Oh geez the comments about docking
-it’s so the harness doesn’t get caught
-and the manure of the animals don’t get caked
The ones that dont make the grade end up in the glue factory. This is what happens to race horses.
DON'T DOCK THEIR TAILS, UHH!
It was in the early 70’s when I got to visit the Clydesdales at their temporary stable when they came to Gainesville. I doubt anything like that could happen now, but we were just waved in. What wonderful horses! They loved being adored and petted, and were they huge! I even have the pictures still somewhere. What a treat it was. ❤️❤️❤️
No docking.
That’s where the 2 Clydesdales at my barn came from. Mitch and Pops. And I think that they pulled the wagon cause of their markings. Mitch is my buddy and Pops is a goofball lol. I don’t like the horses tails docked though. Mitch’s and Pops’ are longer but still kinda short
So teeny tiny UwU
Uh- teeniest
I see a lot of tail docking complaints, which I agree with. The manes seem trimmed also. But did no one notice , or even wonder, that 48 hour old baby horse, WHY were it's legs SHAVED? The upper legs were shaved. What purpose does that serve? It surely was not born that way. No wonder it was already avoiding the humans. 0:55
I'm interested to know what happens to the ones with the 'wrong' markings. Where do they end up?
I flipping LOVE Clydesdales! Can I have one? OwO
It's so annoying that they dock their tails!! If you have a problem with them then braid them!
And what happens if they donteet Budweiser standards? I really hope that they keep them with their mother as long as they need to and then sell them to loving people who will care for them.
(Still want a Clydesdale. If you have one you don't like, hmu 😂😍)
I hate how they dock their tails. It’s just lazy and there are so many other ways to keep a tail. I would love to own a Clydesdale they are one of the most trusting and loyal breeds of horses. I seriously don’t recommend docking and horses tail.
