What a start to the morning. My legs are feeling good and I was not in the mindset for too much jumping so I am glad this one didn't really involve that but was more strengthening 🙂 Thanks for the workout x

I used to do this years ago and it really helped me to get the shape I have now (hourglass) people are always hating on me and don’t know that exercise is key you must build that muscle and the sooner you start the sooner you will see the reaults

Love the thigh workout video. The exercises are focused and do work. I did add some stair run after completing the video, which definitely adds more awesome results.
Just did this with 5lb ankle weights and 15lb dumbbells.. pray for me yall

This is great but i hope you could make one that is really more focused on glutes, I mean a workout for glutes without your thighs gettin' bigger
I love how Kelly just focuses of fitness and isn't dressed in skimpy shorts and trying to be sexy, and love Daniels voice over to most of the videos too
I don't care my butt shape (as been a man maybe). Abs part of the session is the only one I wasn't able to complete, hm… and I can't hold legs straight like that. Great workout anyway.
