As a programmer I'm sitting out trying to figure out what kind of 'algorithm' (for lack of a better term) those cells are following to somehow shape themselves into a tadpole (don't know if you can use that term with things other than frogs, but eh). I can't even begin to imagine how insanely complicated it must be, especially considering that the 'program' each cell is following is probably insanely simplistic, but this somehow results in an insanely complicated transformation.
