Sudan deal: Constitutional agreement reached

Sudan’s military and protest groups have finalised a constitutional agreement.
The draft agreement allows the formation of a transitional government.
It also limits the power of the Rapid Support Forces.
That’s the feared paramilitary units that have been blamed for killing dozens of protesters.
