  14. this is awesome, i'm obese and i'm trying to eat better and workout more but so many exercises on youtube are just way too intense for me, even the "low-intensity low impact" ones. i think most of those are made for slimmer people who haven't exercised in awhile and who want to get back into shape and not really overweight people. this one is really good for me, i did it two times in a row and didn't feel like dying afterwards but i did feel really sweaty and i feel good post-workout instead of exhausted and defeated. this is a great beginning step for overweight beginners! thank you so much.
