  12. Stop eating dairy and limit gluten intake. Make sure the bulk of your diet derives from raw vegetables and incorporate lean proteins, nuts, fruit and legumes!

  17. He is right on, I cleaned my diet up, became more active and improved my health dramatically. I avoid fast/processed food and never get any addictive hunger anymore. I also stretch my lower back and removed my back pain that was severe for 20+ years:)
