  2. Hello there, have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan yet? Simply just do a google search. On there you'll find a great suggestions about how exactly you can lost a ton of weight. Why don't you give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.

  3. WW works for me and its a lifetime change,not a diet. That plus exercise incl weights. I got to have a plan to follow,some sort of structure or I will never lose weight or get healthier. and I won't give up bread no matter what anyone says! and I don't eat a ton of bread, only like 2-3 slices a day

  4. Ill throw in my 2 cents worth here. You cant lose weight and keep it off unless you go gluten free. They say its the sugars that make you fat, then say dont eat the cakes, candies and so on. But its not the sugar in those that make you fat, its the wheat and gluten. gluten in flour that make up all breads come from the seed of wheat right. But the seeds purpose is to cause growth, weight gain, thats why something so small such as a seed can grow into something so big. Imagine it like it packs a lot inside that tiny seed all to cause growth. And growth in adults always leads to gaining fat. They will tell you a zillion things to cause a little weight loss that then comes back, but few mention the truth that breads and gluten are what causes weight gain, its not really the sugar or fat they played it off on. And that wheat and gluten is in so many things from noodles to crackers to breads and cakes, to even added to soups,,and on and on it goes. Of course when they say eat fruits and veggies, that diet does work to lose weight since those foods are not wheat, assuming your still not also eating the breads. Thats just how it is, take it or leave it, its your life anyway right so eat what you want I guess. Least you know the truth now.

I agree, I have gone on many diets, some which seemed to work well, but I ended up gaining it all back.  I'm glad to say that I lost 40 lbs now and have kept it off.  By simply making small changes in my eating habits, I have SLOWLY lost the weight.  However, I have been able to keep this weight off for over four years now.

  22. Someone I know has lost weight and has transformed her body and looks trim and healthy for a few years now.  She did it on weight watchers.  Of course you got to stay on the diet that got you lean in the first place.

  38. Yeah. I feel much better eating dairy and gluten free. Eggs dont make me feel very god either. 🙂 I've been in many diets, from low carb to the 80-10-10 thing, and ive never been able to keep those diets up for more than 3 weeks. I will also mentioned that the ONLY times i've lost significant amounts of weight, I've decreased SIGNIFICANT:Y the amount of calories I've eaten. So its ither starve some, or eat lots of veggies and fruit to starve without feeling starved XD
