Isn't "phase one" the same as partial? I was sure Trump said he would never sign a partial deal. It was all or nothing.. well China gave up nothing, Trump gave up lots and signed a partial. What a fake Trump is.

Trump is being fooled by the Chinese. They always act like a deal is being made right before new sanctions are going to be enacted. Trump should have put a 50% tariff on everything coming in last year and upped it to 100% this year. This is the only way to prevent world war 3. By destroying China economically before they are able to go toe to toe with us.
