So everything is great– according to these Repubs and now once again, they promise to work for the American people, but where have they been for the last 3 YEARS!
MCCONNELL has been sitting on many bills needing a vote for close to a year now!
Voting Security, Gun control, Medical & Pharmaceutical issues, Infrastructure, and the list goes on.
They appear to be giddy with the prospect of actually doing now, what they should have been doing all along, instead of doing nothing in fear of upsetting the leader they decided to be loyal to over the American people!
And, they continue to show their loyalty to the person- trump and not the American people by refusing to work with the Dems-Congress by refusing witnesses and evidence the Dems, have from the beginning requested; saying now, the Dems should have done so before now, which they knew would take a very long time to go through the court system and unnecessarily delays in bringing this all to a final end with ALL evidence!
And, seeing how trump has handled the Iran situation from the beginning by pulling out of the Iran Nuclear deal adding his bullying remarks, with no workable negotiations almost bringing us to war then, and most recently again, without conferring with Congress or our Allies; however, reported some of his Mar a Lago friends and family knew about his intentions at least 2 days before he took the action regarding Iran, but had no time for informing Congress!
Talking about swamp– it all stinks of–more thought goes into, if I do this or say that, how is it going to make me look!
As for me, I would much rather be concerned about our politicians defending our Constitution-Democracy, than wondering what retalliation Iran may take, and how far into war by the lack of strategy and negotiating we will need to go with trump's actions.
