Seeing that woman's butt walk in front of the camera took an otherwise excellent video and created an unnecessary distraction from you the nice flow and your expertise. I know it's about what You are teaching and most will say to ignore that…but I couldn't – especially the second time. 🙁

I just started yoga from youtube like 2 days ago, and doing this routine giving me runny nose, red eyes from crying idk the tears just flowing after my nose running and a light headed, I'm so out of shape.

need a variety of poses, this is great for beginners but quite boring for anymore more intermediate or advanced

I see people saying that the flow is kinda boring but I absolutely love this video! I wish I could find more with repetitive movements! How do you know you're doing the poses right if you just do it once during your practice? This video really makes you flow and practice the movements and is great warm up!
