I’m 4,10 and 107 lbs and 13 yrs old and I do mma on tuesdays Wednesday and Saturdays and I do jitsu on Monday’s Wednesday and Friday’s how much calories should I eat in a day and they all start around 5 pm or 6:30 pm
Oatbran (also called oatmeal i think) is a great alternative to porridge or oats if like me you don't like the texture. Oatmeal is finer and also has more fibre.
