  20. I eat about three to five Organic (not free range, as free range AND organic is way to expensive) eggs pretty much everyday for breakfast. Sometimes, I make them to omelettes of various kinds, sometimes just sunny side up, sometimes with ground beef, and sometimes the mighty Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Eggs are the best. I even used to get Duck eggs, but I can't find them anywhere. Eggs are simply the best.

    I had Nutrisystem french toast w/eggs and green tea/kombucha/lemon juice/apple cider vinegar mixed drink. I was doing Nutrisystem but it's expensive and I'm looking for a long term solution for losing and keeping weight off. So far, I've got eggs… I've never liked smoothies or liquid breakfasts. I don't have time for smoothies during the week and don't even own a blender. I'm also not a fan of oats/granola/nuts. I'd love to hear about more options for a healthy solid food breakfast. Things I could make up ahead of time would be excellent.
